I hate my birthday

And it's your birthday, I am turning 28. I'm alone in my room. My family is sleeping, but they were very tired so I understand... feeling lonely and nervous and disappointed with life, and I don't know what's the meaning of all of this and life. Maybe some people will wish me tomorrow, but this emptiness... you know? But I'll be trying to enjoy it. Not for myself, but for other people. Anyone who wishes me, I will make sure that they feel some kind of joy from me. Maybe that's what I should dedicate my life to ...making other people happy and not expect happiness for myself. Maybe the anxiety will never go away but you can keep trying.
