Leaving 7 cups
Hi everyone! This is Mishika. I am here to tell everyone thanks for supporting my journey on 7 cups. I have healed people, hurt people and learnt a lot from my 3 years here. However, like every journey comes to an end, this has too. I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and multiple mental health disasters. I will not be able to, in my sane mind, help anyone here while I go through so much turmoil myself. Therefore I'm announcing my departure.
Thank you to everyone who found me significant enough to respond to me and help me through tough times.

@Mishika I hope they you don’t just close your account and not ever come back. I actually have multiple sclerosis and it’s ridiculously hard to manage so I totally understand how overwhelmed you must feel, I do what I can when I can and don’t put pressure on myself to do anymore than I feel capable of. For me, I find great comfort in being around 7 cups. Perhaps you could just take a self care break while you learn to manage your new conditions. I took a 2 year hiatus and just recently came back. During that time, I had a lot to deal with and I did so effectively.
