Honestly for me, the phonk hits different. Its like forget every sorrow and just enjoy pure bass bliss. I love it.
Sometimes its hard to stopp listening to sad songs but most of the times i get up and just go for a walk, because i cant afford to lise my precious time no matter what god throws at me i have to destroy it and move ahead.
This is my motto and i live with it, i had been suffering through a relly bad heartbreak but now the world seems a better place. Ya still i have a lot of trust issues and anxiety but i can live with it it is a part of ADHD survival and i have accepted that i have to live with it so i doesnt feel a lot now.
Now that i know that i have ADHD i am going to get my therapy done and live my life try to get into IIT chase my dreams, my ambitions, and try not to get stuck in the memories trap
