Loner Newbie
Brand new here and unclear on how everything works. But I'm going through an extremely rough time in my life right now and I'm falling apart completely. I've been isolated from the entire world for 6+ years and my social skills are almost nonexistent. I just need a friend. I just need some understanding and someone who feels safe.

Hi and welcome, I joined Cups about 2 months ago and it has helped with loneliness, read and comment on posts, give the chat rooms a try maybe try Noni or a chat with random listener, experiment a little and see what works for you.

I'm new to this too. I had a good life going. Then I fell down the stairs in my home and broke my back. Had to sell the home and empty my bank account to pay the nursing home I was placed in my a court appointed guardian. Now I'm in a small condo, sleeping on the couch. My brother is under hospice care and another good friend died while I was incarcinated. So here I sit in my condo broke, lonely and sad.
