Longest time you've gone without human interaction?

It depends on what you mean by “human interaction.” Does interacting with supermarket employees while buying groceries, or dealing with my landlord when paying the rent, count as human interaction?
If so, then I can’t really say that I went for a long time without human interaction. But if those kinds of interactions don’t count, then I could honestly say that sometimes I went a year, two years, or even longer without any real human interaction.
