Hi I just wanted to share a thing that is helping me lately. I really recommend listening to indie-rock band Mother Mother - sometimes when I feel really stupid after I did something, I listen to "It's Alright" by them in repeat until I accept the sense of the lyrics

I love this song! Where has it been all my life? I was looking through my music to see if I could share anything similar but there's nothing quite like it. I needed this!
I make mistakes every day. I learn from them, but they're like mini traumas to me. And when the mistake is big it breaks my soul. I'm trying to be kinder to myself, I will definitely play this song when I'm feeling down.
