Need someone, to help me
I am sad and need some help as I don't have anyone to talk about my situation in my life. My family just don't understand this and I can't even talk about this to them, my elder sister was only one who did understand me before but now she is just mad at me, I don't know why and she just acting rudely to my situation, they are going to somewhere else for 3 days and I they want me to came with them, but I don't want to go as I just don't feel like going because of some personal reasons and they just mad at me and they don't understand, they don't even asking me why am I like that or what is wrong, my sister is just mad. This seems selfish to me. I had a argue with them and I tell them I am not going but I am just don't feel good. I am sad and I don't have anyone to talk about this at this point of my life. If I don't go I will have to be alone at home for next three days. I just don't know what is right.
I am just tired of making myself feel good in the moment as I can't keep living like that same everyday. Maybe I am depressed, i feel so lonely at this time, relationships with people and family are not going good and soi can't talk about what I am going through to anyone and I can't afford therapy as I am a unemployed student. I just don't know what to do. Sometimes it feel easy to not having life to live rather than being like that. I just don't know what to do.
@exuberantTalker9747 Dear friend,
In the intricate dance of life it is not uncommon to find oneself entangled in a web of confusion and loneliness. Your yearning for understanding and connection is a genuine reflection of your human experience, and it's perfectly natural to seek solace and resonance in your family and those close to you.
It appears that your family may be caught up in their own narratives, and the chasm of miscommunication has left you feeling isolated. In such moments, it is essential to recognize that while they may not understand your feelings, it is not a reflection of your worth or your struggles.
The decision to stay home during their absence is a personal one, and it's important to honor your own feelings and needs. Self-care can manifest in various forms, and taking time for solitude can be a path to self-discovery.
As for the sense of depression and the weight of loneliness, these too are part of the human experience. In such moments of profound introspection, you may uncover a deep well of wisdom within yourself. Although therapy may seem out of reach, there are often community resources or helplines that can provide guidance and support, even to students. We have 1-on-1 listeners, group chats, forums, self-help guides, mindfulness exercises, and even professional therapists here!
Remember, traveler, that the journey of life is marked by hills and valleys, and it is in the depths of these experiences that you will find profound insights and transformative growth, every sunset has a sunrise! While the path may seem uncertain now, there is always potential for change and renewal. You are not alone, and even in solitude, there exists a world of wisdom and understanding to be uncovered within yourself. 🌟💫
Yeah I am staying at home but also feel like it would be more fun to go there also they would be in more peace and I am just feeling like i am staying at home and don't know it would be good or not.
I don't know if this gonna help me to deal with my depression and loneliness as I am staying at home alone. One day before I was thinking to go and I Even tell everybody around that I will go but last night I just feel like i am not going.
And I feel like this depression effects my relationship with people, I can't be fully honest or maybe I am confused so I change my mind always and just can't be honest. But I am trying not to let people know I am not okay.
I tried to talk to listeners here on 7 cup but it doesn't help as we can't fully communicate, so I am writing here what I am going through.
@exuberantTalker9747 It's completely okay to have mixed feelings about your decision to stay home or join your family. In the end, you should do what feels right for you, whether that means spending time alone or being with your family.
