Hi everyone! Just joined 7cups. Would just like to ask if as a listener, we can use the app to take in chats? I logged in using my credentials but the app says login failed/invalid :(
@teriiii Hey there. Welcome to 7cups. I hope you find your journey a pleasant one. As listeners, yes, we can use the app to accept general chat requests. If you had a failed login, please try and again and ensure you typed your username and password correctly. If so, you should be able to sign in the app with no problem. I personally find it easiest to do chats with members using my phone's browser or logging onto my laptop. To each their own there. Thank you for being here and wanting to help others.
