Newbie on 7cups
Hi! I'm 17 and this is my first time on using 7cups. I'll admit I'm not too sure on how everything works around here since this is my first time (and my first using a mental health site so I'm nervous, I'll admit)
I've been struggling with mental health for a while and it's been affecting college life, so I want to make sure I can get some help and pull through it.
Admittingly, I'm still scared on talking to people even the listeners but I'm trying to tell myself I wouldn't bother them or anything. I hope to also make new friends too and overall be more comfortable here. Yeah, that's all I wanted to say thank you <3

Hi i am also 17 like you, just like many other sites it has pros and cons. Some people are good and of course some are not. Discover and enjoy your time in here , good luck

I'm also 17 and in college. My mental health has been absolute crap for over 3 years so I get how you feel. I may not know exactly what you're going through but if you ever need to vent or chat, I'm here :)
