Hey, welcome to the club. Also, i dont know if this helps but there are youtube channels where you can find help to deal with your anxiety. One of the channels that i am familiar with is dr julie who is a licensed psychologist and she posts videos related to anxiety amd depression.

Idk if it’s the same kind of anxiety or anxieties you have as there’s so many kinds of them but still. I’m here for you so please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Hi, I am also new. I have story background why I finally found this app. I am not professional, not a therapist, but I want to offer my empathy and listen to as many as people, to listen to them without worrying being judged and without worrying that their secrets are appealed to the world. I have close relative who had mental issue that we and whole family had never imagined she was in difficult situation. She couldn't just speak it out, and let the problems took control her mental health. It is so heartbreaking that many people even at their very young age in my country decided to take their soul because they couldn't speak.
