New here and not really sure what to expect

Hello everyone, my name is Tj and I’m a 23 year old male. I’ve recently been looking around for therapy options and have seen this app come up in discussion quite a bit.

I’ve never been to therapy mostly due to cost as well as the fear of opening up to someone about some really unfortunate stuff I’ve been through in life. I feel if I truly open up, that person is going to look at me differently and judge me more than they’ll try to help me.

I guess I’m just looking for someone to be able to open up with and feel comfortable sharing my past with, and maybe help me with a different outlook on things.
