I'm new here, excited to join this community!

~What brought me to 7 Cups?

I wanted to be there for someone who needs to be heard. I believe listening can make a real difference, and I wanted to learn how to do it in a better, more supportive way.

~Why did I sign up to listen?

Because I love helping others feel less alone. I am an empathetic person and I want to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people.

~My goals here:

1. To improve my active listening skills and confidence

2. To learn how to set healthy boundaries

3. To connect with other listeners and grow in the community, and eventually become a Verified Listener

I'm still learning to navigate the platform, so any tips or guidance would be really appreciated! 💗
