I am a 20 year old college student. lately everything feels so strange and stressed. Not so big change or new happen, feeling little bit depressed and down. Life is feeling bit stressed, Full of worries. Exams are coming next month, physical and mental health are not so well, relationships with people are also complicated and going wierd. Financially dependent on parents but they are also struggling financially. Not chasing any goals or dreams.

Losing interest in things what I used to like writing, singing, drawing. Struggling with acenes on face and with self confidence. Struggling to love myself and feeling alone lately as I never been in relationship still in 2nd year of college and gets rejected by girls also feels sad to see couples around me as everyone have someone to be with but I feel alone.

So many things going in mind and also in life, which I am worried about and want to talk about but don't know how and whom to talk.

Social life isn't so good trying to be well socially but don't know how to handle or deal with people as I am not so good with people, feeling like imposter.

Everyday feels I will be better tomorrow but nothing is changed and still goes like that. I spend too much time sleeping and doing nothing, even my exams are so close I still didn't started studying. Everyone around is seems so upset with me. But I can't help with it.

@exuberantTalker9747 I'm really glad you reached out to share what's been going on. It takes courage to open up about the challenges you're facing, and you're not alone in feeling this way. It's entirely normal for life to feel strange and overwhelming, especially during college. The pressures of exams, health issues, relationships, and personal struggles can all contribute to stress and sadness.

First and foremost, please remember that your worth isn't determined by your relationship status or academic achievements. You are a unique and valuable individual, and it's okay to focus on self-improvement and self-love before pursuing any romantic interests. Your journey is entirely your own, and comparing it to others can be misleading.

It's also perfectly fine to seek support and talk about your concerns, which you're doing right now. If you feel comfortable, consider reaching out to a counsellor or therapist on or off-campus, they can provide professional guidance and support. Talking about your worries and feelings can be a significant step toward understanding and managing them.

As for your hobbies and interests, sometimes they can take a backseat during difficult times, but they may return as you work through your challenges. Don't be too hard on yourself, your creativity and passions can be rekindled.

Remember, progress can be slow and nonlinear, but it's possible. Take it one step at a time, things will get better, and we are here to support you through this challenging period 💛
