Working, going to nursing school, maintaining the house (cooking, cleaning, and being there for my spouse whenever they need) is lately too much. I'm in the toughest semester of the program, have 2 clinicals per week, and I can't do all of these well. Something has to give, and lately the house has been in a mess. I'm so stressed that I can't do all these things and last night I crashed I couldn't even finish my assignment that's due in a few hours and had to miss work and also missed a bunch of calls from my sister who was being nice and trying to take me to work. I feel so terrible.

It is OK to ask for help .... to prioritize school during this semester ... talk with spouse about house in meantime and can you take time off work .. do you have any vacation you can use?

letting items crash then trying to explain is never as effective as telling people up front ... " hey i have taken on too much and need help ..."

so many of us want to believe we can juggle it all and most of the time we find we cannot. Many can relate and have been in your shoes.
