Question from a Newb!
Hi all. Have been on this for about a week now. Really impressed and am already encouraged.
Question (and I hope it’s ok to ask here): is there a way to “pin” specific listeners? Thanks for your help!

What do you mean by pinning a listener? Like being able to message the same listener again/ often? Or?
@Sunshiningandsoareyou thanks for your response! Yes, like having a list of listeners who fit specific categories. For instance, I struggle with an eating disorder and depression and prefer an older listener. I can filter to those qualifications each time, but is there a way I can pin them and have them in a list? Hope that makes sense.

Ooh yes that makes sense and is a good idea, I see why you'd consider having an option like that.
Unfortunately though, at this time, there's no way to pin listeners for chats!
I feel something that may help (temporarily even?) could be establishing a long term support rapport with certain listeners you want to talk to often. You can read more about it here: https://www.7cups.com/forum/welcome/Resourcesat7CupstoHelpYou_1275/LongTermListenerSupport_293569/
It could be like a verbal/ mutually agreed upon "pin", where the listener and member agree they want to chat on a regular/ recurring basis and member can also request the listener to check on them frequently/ regularly if possible!
Other times without agreeing upon any such establishment, perhaps you can try to keep some listener userames in your notes, in case you need to find them again to talk to!
On your member dashboard, you also have a "listeners you've talked to" space where all the listeners you've talked to appear, and you can see if they are available to chat, from here, at a later date also, if needed!
