Relationship help

Hi I need some advice or help what to do my partner don’t care about me and blames me for the reasons I get upset which his actions cause it’s making me depressed but he don’t care even if I tell him that, we have a house together so it’s not so easy to leave and we’ve been together for a long time, so for example today he said he would ring me 45 mins time after his break which he was spending the whole break with his work mates he’s a lorry driver. So he’s been with these work mates all day also on top of this 45 mins then 2 hours passes and I ask where this phone call is and I say this isn’t fair he don’t want to talk to me he can even ring me but guess what he rang them straight after they had thier break together and has been on the phone to them for the 2 hours so not only he spending all day with them but phone call wise to even tho he’s just seen them. Now he says it’s me and I’m over reacting. And what’s it matter my upset is basically invalid!
