It's okay to go through what you're enduring yet it doesn't mean suppressing it nor letting it linger. And this is what we call regulation which means let yourself receiving it instead of only giving.
Tell me how have you been feeling recently? I can support you through it 😊

@yasmineishere Feeling pretty good lately in spite of a lot of challenges; I’m able to maintain a healthy detachment from everything. Having a catastrophic ending to a relationship last month, forcing me to move across the country once again. Then starting over in a new, unfamiliar place. Caring for my elderly parents, including my stepfather who is going through a long episode of psychosis. Learning from my ex that one of our dogs has been diagnosed with cancer, and will be crossing the rainbow bridge soon. And becoming a sort of caretaker for my parents property, as they advance in age, and are not able to upkeep their property as they used to be able to handle on their own.

Change is not a bad thing; it is necessary for growth. Diamonds are not created in soil, they are forged from relentless heat and pressure. Trees become stronger the harder the wind blows, and roots grow deeper in times of drought. I am relentless in my search for my own personal growth, and I’m confident in my own abilities to move forward through any challenges.
