Secret conversation
I saw a secret conversation label on my bf's messenger chat with the person i was jealous of. He denied having or exchange convo with her. Idk if he is telling me the truth because he said that it mightve been a glitch. But when i confronted the woman she deleted their convo saying they have no secret convo at all and that i can joke my bf into telling she admitted they had secret convo. Tbh these started destroying my trust to my bf and we end up having too much fight. Idk what to do anymore cus i lost sleep, lost my peace and im no longer the happy person i used to be before this relationship. Any advice or help please?

I'm sorry to say, but if it is already at this point, it may just get worse. It takes very little to be 100% open and honest with your partner. I used to have no problem giving my partner my phone, so they can see I have nothing to hide.
Don't let it bring you down. You are strong. You came here. You will find someone more deserving of you.

@SaltedCaramel123 my bf was the same . he used to talk way too much in a bad way abt the girl i was insecure of . and my insecurities were right , he was attracted to her so he has to talk abt her one way or another. and then i finally broke up with him . bcz a good partner is one who keeps us comfortable , doesnt confuses us , and makes us feel safe and like at home . the one who confuses you isnt the one . trust me , trust yr instincts . !!!!!
But the thing is, my bf denies having secret convo with her and theres a possibility that it was actually a glitch according to him since he keep getting mad being accused of cheating even if he introduces me in all and i still doubt him. So idk what to do.
