Sorry Not Sorry

Were you ever forced to apologize to your sibling or someone else as a child? Is apologizing and admitting you're wrong now totally impossible and messing up your life? Omg sammmme.

While I seemed to have things on lock for a while, the pandemic and subsequent multiple losses and traumas straight messed that up. Am pretty sure I'm not alone in this.

So I made this post in hopes of finding the lost art of the apology! Share helpful links, info and videos here. Can also be pieces of art; a story, lyrics, song, picture, poem. Anything really, as long as it relates to forgiveness. Do it! Just do it! Or you'll be sorry... 👿 🧐 I mean not sorry...

I just want to add that an apology that's manipulated or forced isn't a real apology. It's a blame-shame game.

And if someone in your life is doing that remember that if they knew better they'd do better and wait for their poostorm to pass.

Easier said than done so I'm going to add to this post - add any tools or skills you've found helpful or are finding helpful to mitigate this.

Some I've found/are finding: journaling, Feng Shui, walks, sunbathing, water therapy, craniosacral therapy, herbology, cycles.
