Hello everyone.
Im still pretty new here. Its been 3 days since iv joined this platform and it's been helpful. I joined 7 cups because I have been struggling with anxiety and really bad social anxiety, and I haven't had anyone to speak to in ages. It's been refreshing to receive so much support and care.
