first of all, I just wanted to start off by saying welcome to all our new member's and member's here at 7cups I am one of the verified listeners here at 7cups here to listen 😀. 

What does 7cups do?

7cups is an online mental health platform that provides free, anonymous, 24/7 emotional support through 1on1 chats with trained and compassionate listeners. 

how to get support?  

we have 1on1 support which trained/verified listeners can pick up and they are here to provide a safe space and listen without judgment no matter what you want to talk about even if you just want to vent, we will be there to listen.

We also have the Support Room, Teen Community Room and the Playground group. In the Support Room listeners and Mods are there to listen to you for when you are going through a difficult time and you need to vent, it is a safe space to Vent without judgement. The Teen Community Room is a chat for lighthearted talks for example when you want to talk about your day/week or whatever we are there to listen. Last but not least we have the Playground Group, sometimes there will be someone hosting a game in the room and you are more than welcome to join in if you are interested.
