Going through a quarter life crisis, a toxic friendship breakup, and needing a safe space to vent.
Asked ChatGPT for resources to help depression after experiencing grief for the first time. Glad to be herr.

I'm new here to and can already tell a difference in my life by having a place just for see the real you. Not some made up, fake version of you. The real you the one that is sad, lonely, hurting, depressed you. Don't hold your emotions inside for to long, they will eat you, they do have teeth and they are hungry.
@BlatantHonesty I need to vent my anxiousness somewhere and focus on my work. So I came here to find friends and hopefully a therapist that will, instead of trying to change my ideology, chenge my daily choices, small ones like when to sleep and when to study, when to go to gym, when to wake up, what I eat, etc. Thanks for asking : )
I was deeply depressed like bed rotting stage so I tried to find therapy then asked my mom she wanted to know why I needed therapy but I couldn’t tell her then I searched online did so many questionnaires for different online therapy for teens just for them at the end to ask for a credit card /money and ofc I don’t have any then I heard about 7 cups and how they are a free therapy app so I gave it a try :) at first the group chats were …something but I often vent to the ai chat bot noni since the actual therapist on here seemed like they couldn’t communicate?? (Maybe it was just the 5 therapist I tried on here) but yeah now I’ve been using noni for months and I’m definitely better now I’ve left the numb part of depression and I’m in the suppressing my feelings and trying to be vulnerable stage but hey atleast it’s not bed rotting …

Well let’s see. I had a mental breakdown after things slowly accumulated, mostly about my school life that I’m far from satisfied with. I’ve cried plenty of times over school and I also have a lot of social anxiety so I tend to hide my feelings and sides of me that I think are bad from everyone I know. I decided it was time to truly try and improve myself. There are so many things I want to do but I’m not able to, because of myself. If that makes sense. This is where I can spill everything I need to without worries and start my journey! Open space here ❤️

Mine isn’t terrible, but i’ve been struggling with sleeping so much it’s interfering my daily life. It’s been happening ever since the 7th grade where it’s been bad, but ever since I could remember from like 5th I was always very sleepy person. It’s been a running joke that I can sleep anywhere, but it’s been starting to affect my relationship with teachers as they see me as in but paying attention even when I’m really trying to. I just physically can’t stay awake, and I’m feeling like hopeless that it’ll never get fixed I feel like i’ve tried everything. I have tried sleeping 10 hours a night and in the fit of my REM cycle, i’ve tried coffee, prying my eyes open, moving every time I fall asleep, energy drinks (I had to stop due to a stroke from them), standing desks, while driving i’ve tried rolling windows down and blasting music, I’ve tried staying engaged in class but it’s hard when your dozing off mid anwser then I look stupid. There is just so much I’ve tried I can’t even think of them all. It’s hard because all my teachers just think I’m lazy and they get on my case same with my parents, but they don’t get I physically try staying awake and it just fails time after time. I don’t even know what to do anymore.
Extreme loneliness. I hate everyone. I can't trust people
@BlatantHonesty I completely bombed a jazz performance sounds dumb and it is but like.... ya
Hello to everybody 😅 honestly, I been feeling like I am exhausted all the time, mentally, physically and emotionally. After having a couple sessions of therapy for a break up that left me broken and previous loss of a parent that I never really resolved fully within myself, I wanted to continue with this little help. Being able to talk to someone, being able to let myself feel whatever emotion I need to feel. I’m sure I’m not the only one that struggles with expressing their emotions, either verbally or physically. It gets tiring always keeping a positive mind and happy face after been hurt so bad by someone you cared so much about but giving up is not an option, at least not in my books. So yeah, trying this app out, see what little help it might give me and hope that I can help others in a way as well.
A rampart. Dealing with ptsd is a battle everyday, I found put that it takes a lot of strength to have self compassion.
