What to do about answering in time?

Hey everyone, I've been finding that receiving advice has been very helpful, and thanks be to God, I am learning more each day. So, my questions today would be 1) what to do about the people texting me? I've been told in the course—and I totally agree—that I should give quick answers. But, my answers are usually in the span of a couple minutes, because I have different people texting me. I'm at a loss, and I just keep apologising and being honest about it. The people who I talk to say say they are fine with it, but I am not. I get personal requests etc, and people text me who already know me, so it keeps multiplying. I would like to give a quick answer. Maybe I can say I am busy, and just talk to one select person? I can imagine that I'm not the only person who has this difficulty. 2) I heard there's something called being mentored. Sounds quite interesting. Who does that? Do people receive that?
