Yesterday vs today

While a few days back I was having both bad day and uncontrollable emotions. I had terrible family issues and many more. It was yesterday I found out about this 7 cups. Thank god I'm able to recover little by little. All thanks to 7 Cups and a listener whom I shared my worries with.

Anyways still I have my own issues to solve .... haven't got rid of bad days either...anyhow it's not on my control..what I can do is to control my emotions and react carefully...I guess in the long run I may learn lot about life.
