like... I came b/c I thought that I could talk to people and feel less lonely but I feel like there's like unwritten rules that I don't know. I'm scared I'm gonna use this wrong and I'm gonna get judged. Like I am so fearful

I completely understand how you feel. As a listener, I feel like i'm constantly getting emails about a rule I broke that I wasn't even aware of. The first few days I was here, I was scared to death I would get banned because everyone seems to know rules that I haven't even seen.
It does get easier though. And as the person who replied said, feel free to reach out to us and we will answer any questions.

I get it's not fun to constantly be on the lookout for not being judged, or making a mistake or something! A new place or new anything is bound to feel scary, the unwritten rules at times can be rather off putting, but they are all here to support us in having a safe and comfortable experience.
