World is one family
I spend so much time alone and thinking at the world our universes and what to have for tea. To sum it up I'm a dreamer.
Listening to music and sitting alone in my room
Just talking and chatting with someone. That's the most consistent way I've found that helps me break free from feeling like I'm stuck in a limbo, even if the said chat was about nothing deep. Just feeling someone else's presence and feeling present as a part of someone else's reality helps me organize my thoughts and objectively observe my situation and get a drift of where I'm headed.
@Fristo
Something that helps me feel connected to myself is doing nice things for myself, and standing up for myself, even if I am afraid. Because I feel powerful after I do these things for myself.
Meditation
Anything creative, but especially art and writing.
Journaling, spending time with God, crafts
@Fristo
Being alone for a while, if I'm alone long enough I start to observe and learn new things about myself without worrying what others think about it which helps me with self-acceptance a lot! It especially helps if I do something creative, like drawing!
@Fristo Listening to music, specifically music that i can realte to. I have a playlist that is full of songs like that and I only listen to it when I feel really bad to avoid ruining the feeling of that playlist
Alone time or time with my family and friends. I guess it depends on the day.
