@Fristo
When I introspect and do self reflection,when I write down what is going on in my mind at particular moment or when I am quiet then also I feel connected to my own self.

World is family
Something that helps me feel connected is taking time to cuddle my pets or kid and just silently enjoying knowing I’m loved
@jesoneal how nice(:

Meditation and other self-care practices allow me to feel connected with myself.
@Fristo music
Reading (mostly fantasy and crime), and listening to music, playing instruments, and dancing(but mostly that is in my head)
@Fristo Such an interesting question :) I feel more connected to myself when I'm reading a fiction book. It's quiet and fiction books are filled with the kind of life-pondering questions and human actions that I absolutely love thinking about.
Meditation, reflecting and journaling.
