If you could remove a word
If you could remove one word from your language, what would it be? and why?
For me, I would remove the word "no" because I feel like sometimes when that word is said or written, it can discourage people from trying or from feeling confident.

Hey, I find it very interesting that you would remove a word no from your language. At the moment, contrary to you, I am learning to say no more because I have always been doing what others wanted from me and not what was making me happy my whole life and now I want to change it. I have a hard time trying to find a word that I would eliminate. It would probably be something negative, but on the other hand, it is important to know how to label negative emotions because it helps us cope with them.
A word from a diagnosis- neurotic.
Years ago before HAE was understood it was HANE - hereditary angioneurotic edema.
It's now seen as an out of date, stigmatizing phrasing as well as just being incorrect.
For some reason though it still sticks around in some places.

I find no to be a very necessary word for dialogue, especially boundary setting.
I would take away the word "whatever".
