I think my favorite childhood movie is The Little Mermaid, but I don't watch it that much anymore! Nowadays, I always turn on the Twilight Saga as my "comfort" movies. There's just something about them that put me at ease!
@fruityPond7887 I actually haven't seen the little mermaid in the longest time and this makes me wanna see it lol
@zealousGrace5023
I think it's on Disney Plus if you have that!
Teenage mutant ninja turtles ( 1990 ) and batman ( 1989 )
@DepressedAnxiousDude81 OOH Classics

My favorite childhood movie was probably The Lion King. I'm old enough to have seen it in theaters and I just really took to both the story and the music.
No surprise, then, that I later got into Elton John's discography as well.
It really is interesting to me how childhood favorites/loves can truly follow us into adulthood.

😂 As cheesy as it may sound, my favorite childhood movies were The Care Bears Movie and Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation. I loved the Care Bears when I was little, and even though it may be corny to rewatch those movies now, I would still argue that their plots are pretty good, the themes still give me the warm fuzzies, and the music is memorable. It's just that now, as an adult, the music- particularly the ending songs to both movies- now feel a bit bittersweet due to the nostalgia. ❤️
(If you are interested in checking out a bit of it, here's the ending theme to the second movie: "Forever Young" by Carol Parks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufY6_0a-wSU)
@TheAutumnWitch oh you dont have to convince me at all
i spent part of last semester having a barbie movie marathon
i love childhood movies like that

Barbie movies?! 😆 Oh, that takes me down memory lane...my first Barbie movie was Barbie in The 12 Dancing Princesses. The opening theme still is clear to me even now. From there, I went down the road of Barbie in The Nutcracker, Barbie as Rapunzel, Barbie of Swan Lake...the list goes on. 💕💕💕

Sorry to say I didn’t watch movies as a child. I did have a favorite TV show ( I’m going to really show my age here lol 😆). It was the Soupy Sales Show, 🤦🏼♀️ and Tiny Tim used to perform on it.
I guess I lived my childhood through my children, so Cinderella was by far my favorite movie.
My favorite childhood movie is Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. I still like to rewatch it with my children. I want to show them a lot of old movies as they’re really interesting and worth watching. We try to do it every Sunday, it’s our movie day. I’m glad I found this streaming service where I can find any movie I want and watch it in high quality.

Yes yes yes spirit stallion of the cimeron !!! Oh I love this movie so much, I knew all the words and wierd kid me pretended to be a horse alongside -- love baby spirit when he grabs the icicle! 🤣
I think my absolute childhood favourite though was "Quest for Camelot" oh it was so cool and the songs were awesome - if you do anything today please listen to this! -- you won't regret promise! Best song in the film if you ask me ! https://youtu.be/v-nNhGikahU
