List your reasons to keep on living. Doesn't have to be profound or wonderful. Anything goes.

-to see more things that you'd never paid attention to. (Beautiful sunsets, the wind blowing through the grass under your feet, or even just the little things that make you smile)

-to love.

-to get those little realizations about reality.

-to make jokes and laugh

-to smile and brighten other people's days

My dog. (Without thumbs, how in the world would she feed and take herself outside?) I say this in a joking manner however it is very true for me that my dog is the reason I get out of bed and get moving most days.

I always think of the millions of amazing creatures that roam or roamed the earth. I know it’s weird, but learning more about them really inspires me.

Hmmm.. a simple question yet a challenging one. I think it depends. When we're feeling good and in the best state of mind, anything in life can be the reason to keep living. But when we're on the edge of breaking down, those very same reason can make life feels harder. When I feel good, something as simple as knowing I have another day to do the simplest thing for others can feel like a good reason to live.
