I am A Very Proud of my younger self Played a very confident Role as compared to now Adult self were i have very low self esteem i wish I can be again contact with my younger self...💐

Don't blame yourself. You weren't truly aware of what was going on but please do not blame yourself. Learn to grow from that experience. It may seem hard now but I assure you things will get better even when it seems hopeless.

@CheeryMango Not being able to say "no" does not make you nicer, more humble, and a better person. Stand up for yourself. Don't let them belittle you, you're not important in their eyes. Don't cling onto that small hope that someone will save you from them, the best you can do is up and leave.

If you find a chance to get away from violence, DO IT NOW. You'll likely regret not taking that leap of faith.

People generally like to help other people. They would have got you to safety & your entire life would be better. Never wait to ask for help to get away from violence! Waiting can be deadly or crippling.
