You carry a lot more wounds than what you're consciously realize. It's okay to reach out and ask for help. It's daunting, sure, but it's infinitely better than suffering in silence. You don't have to do this alone.
You are enough. You deserve love, respect and kindness. You alone are the author of your life story. Don't let anyone else, family included, make you feel otherwise.
Don't believe anyone who says you are wrong when you do as you should do for your own safety. Don't listen to those people who told you to be more like them and not like yourself — they are not like that either and you will never please them. They just don't like you, let them go.
And be silent if you feel like so. You will be heard only if others want to hear you. And you should not be bothered by those who don't want to.
What goes up must soon come down, it's okay to be sad. Everything is not as bad as it seems. Please be gentle with yourself. Stop hurting yourself, and pretending that everything is ok even when it's not. You deserve so much. Please know that.
@CheeryMango Things are only going worse as you age... You will have to be strong enough, so that we can survive.
Please forgive your father. And forgive yourself.
@CheeryMango Don't complain about the few chores you get as a child/young adult. When your an adult out in the real world, it gets way worse, and you find yourself doing many tasks that aren't fun or entertaining, and be grateful for all the free time you have without the responsibility of a todo list.
Don't listen to them. Leave. Take your stuff, leave and never come back.
Can you be little compassionate towards yourself? Life is going to be full of ups and downs. Don't run away from them. Instead face them, somehow I am still there where you are now. You need to buckle up yourself because life is going to take you on a rollercoaster ride. Never give up and never lose hope since that was the biggest mistake of my life. Never undermine yourself. You are worth everything. If not, just be happy and make good memories since I can do all the other work for you now.
Drink more water and not be obsessed with Coke and sugary snacks all the DAMN TIME. That's why i was on the toilet hours at a time, doctors didn't help at all no diet advice just laxatives 😂🤣😭😅,constipated then I've done research all about it and have changed that. Oh and actually go out more that would've changed my now diseased mind for the better. But it is what it is 🥲
