I bought a beauty advent calendar and it was the highlight of my year lol
A rare book from the 1930's! And a second-hand old model of kindle.

Hi Grace! It's titled "Riding Logic" by W. Müseler. The book is still a reference textbook on horse qnd rider training and does get republished but in the new versions they've butchered away valuable illustrations. So the common advice was to buy old versions. I was waiting for like 6 to 8 months after purchase to receive the book, I stopped waiting but one day it came!! Lol. Unlike super high price old versions, it was 6.95 USD. Still can't believe I have it. I love that it's second-hand. 🥰

What is your favorite item you've bought in 2021?
Shoes.
This is because 2021 was when I literally ran away from my abusers, and I had to do it barefoot in favor of speed.
So, yeah, shoes are pretty cool. Makes me vibe with Cinderella a little more now, haha.

I'm glad, too. Relieved might be more accurate for me as well. Thank you! :) Unfortunately a puppy chewed up those shoes... 😅🐶 but I've gotten more pairs ever since, so I'm still not barefoot hehe.
