Cancelled my free trial a couple of hours too late. Is a refund possible?

I cancelled my free trial a bit too late, and 150$ has now been charged to my cart. I've already submitted a Support ticket, but I wanted to know before i recieve word from them if a refund is in the cards, or if i'm just shit out of luck? Could really do with the money..
