Help, I was deactivated!

I am not sure where to post this but I need help :(( My listener account was deactivated because they decided I was engaging in sexual talk. [edited by FM Erato, 11/29 to remove chat details] So I had been doing that and out of the blue my account was blocked. The review would take 7-10 days. And I totally just disappeared on this girl!! And I promised to talk to few other members too and they'd think I abandoned them! They would feel like I let them down... What do I do? And how do I avoid getting deactivated in the future? Am I meant to stop the members from telling me any details of their sexual trauma? I certainly don't seek it out or inititate it and this was not for the fun of it in any way! The girl kept crying and she was thanking me for letting her do it..

@ReyaD2 Hello there reya <3 I'm so sorry to hear that your listener account got deactivated. If you think that this is a mistake, please fill out the account review form or email community@7cups.com and don't create a new listener account.

To answer your questions, you're not meant to deprive the members of the support they deserve. Sexual issues and traumas can be talked about as long as it's kept appropriate and not directed to you. You just need to apply active listening skills and focus on their emotions. Be professional and keep following listener and community guidelines to avoid getting deactivated. Usually, admins still review the accounts before deactivating to investigate.

Despite that, I'm glad that you're able to help the member and the chat went well <3

@Erato Thanks for the reply.. I did fill out the form right away but I have to wait up to 2 weeks and I'm stressed out of my brain thinking that my regular members would think I abandoned them :(( How would I distinguish between appropriate sexual talk in context of trauma and inappropriate one that would get me banned again? I am paranoid!

@ReyaD2 I believe you don't have to wait for that long if it's a mistake, just try to email the community for a follow-up. As much as possible we try to treat every chat genuine so it may be hard to distinguish at first what's inappropriate or not. But as long as the member is seeking support and trying not to engage you into sexting/inappropriate chats or not asking too many personal questions, you could support them and use empathy skills.

@Erato I do hope so :( I sent them 2 e-mails and as I was sublitting the first one I realised it said DO NOT send multiple forms. Now I'm worried about that too. Argh so frustrating. I literally said to this other person that I'd get back to them asap after finishing another conversation, I promise before being blocked. And nothing I can do!

@ReyaD2 It's indeed worrisome and frustrating to be in your shoes. I hope that everything gets sorted out soon. The team should get back to you as soon as possible c:

I was deactivated for I don't know what reason. The only reason I can think of is that I was constantly removing and adding pics one after the other at a particular time and suddenly I was kicked out the account with a message I was banned. I filled a forum for my account to be reviewed and it was told I would be emailed within 7 to 10 days business days. No response.

I emailed the community email address and only got automated response [Thank you for your email! Due to the volume of incoming support requests, please expect a reply within 3 to 5 business days. Thank you for your patience!]

It happened early sept, its its Oct now. I had to create another account just to reach out for help and know what's going on.
PLEASE HELP!
