How do I complete the "Group Chat" requirements for certificates?
I joined a while ago, but I'd like to become more active on 7cups! One way to do it (for myself) was to pursue certificates, but I'm not really sure how to "count" group chats as a requirement. It seems like joining + participating in group chats doesn't increase the counter, so what do I need to do?
Hi @teeanne, welcome to 7 Cups! You gain 1 group chat for a certain number of messages sent in a chat. I believe that's 30 messages but I may not be correct and hopefully another listener can confirm or correct that! Get involved in maybe the listener chat rooms or other chat rooms and your stats will soon add up before you know it! :)

1 Group chat = 25 messages sent in a group support room.
1-1 chats with members/guests = 30 messages exchanged between the member and the listener.
