How do I use 7cups?
I just found and joined, but I'm overwhelmed by all the options; information overload. Is there a tutorial for new members? Basically, I don't know how to get started. Thanks. Chris.

1) you can browse listener here

2) you can participate in the group chats as well. Of which some are permanent rooms like the "member community chatroom" the " Support chat room" and as well as one room is opened for one day, and it's is changed the other days.

3) for the other group chat room access, you will need some badges.
-Strong Bond 1 (5 chats with 5 Listeners, i.e. 1 chat per listener, 5 total chats), Helpful heart ( 50 Compassion Hearts)
-to access LGBTQ+, Disability & Trauma (Adults/Teens), you need- Support Key badge. To earn this, fill this short form. Your request will be reviewed by Admins and on the successful review, you will be awarded the badge.
4) you can take part and post in the forums of different sub-communities. There are checkins organised every week of various sub-communities and you can participate and take part.
