Hello. I am new to this and I am confused on how this works. Does everyone pay for this service or do only the people using the online therapy portion pay? Is it free to be in the chat and the community boards?

The only paid things are therapists and if you want to donate to get some minor perks which I don't even remember what they are. Everything else is free.
