How often do therapists respond?

I messaged my therapist yesterday and still have yet to get a response. How often do they respond? At this point Im not sure how effective this might be if Im only getting a response every 2 days

@rdozi24 The default is supposed to be at least once per day, Monday-Friday.

^ That includes therapy. Since you haven't heard from your therapist yet, I recommend using one of those.
If you're using the free trial I also recommend cancelling before the 72 hours is up, unless you're certain you want to continue. It's probably much easier to sort out any issues with the therapy access if you aren't also attempting to get a refund (which seem to be rarely given).
