How to Change Topics?
Ho do I change the 1-1 chat topic when sending out a request?
It used to be automatic that we could pick from the same as las time or a new topic, but that stopped long ago.
I heard it can be done through Noni but I don't know how to do that.
@AffyAvo It's still semi-automatic for me, with some help from Noni. I followed these steps to change the topic from my member account:
- Clicked "Chat with a Live Listener" Under 1-1 Chat
- This opened the chat with Noni for me automatically and sent a message "Please connect me with someone to talk to"
- Clicked "Something else" to select a new topic and this led to Noni sharing a clickable list of topics
- I chose a new topic, waited a moment to be connected with a listener and it seemed to work

I tried that once but Noni seemed to skip a lot of question, including the topics. It went to things like how many days a week do you feel this way sort of thing way earlier than the usual script. I will try using Noni again the next time.
@7cupscommunity I have tried this on mobile and computer, there doesn't seem a way to change the topic. I don't think languages are showing up anymore either.
