How to change to a different therapist?
I signed up for the therapy service several years ago and stopped using the service when my free trial expired. I just signed up again (paid this time). I was automatically matched with a therapist based on my answers from several years ago. It didn't even ask me to update or anything it just automatically assigned someone. I wanted to look for and select a therapist or at least update my answers. I found a therapist that I would prefer to work with but I can't find any way to switch to the other therapist. When I select "start online therapy" for the new therapist it just takes me to the screen to pay again.

If you would like to switch to a different therapist you can do so from your account settings . First, click on "My Settings" near your profile picture. There is an area called "Subscriptions" and if you click "Manage Subscriptions" directly below this you’ll see the "switch therapist" button.While you can only do this once from your settings you can always contact support@7cups.com if you would like to make additional changes.
