I Accidentally Made A Second Account...

I'm not sure what to do but I accidentally broke the rules and now I have two accounts. I learned that one of my old emails on here had been banned, probably because I had mental health issues in the past that went unaddressed and now that I've gotten help for them I tried to appeal the account. Does that mean this one will be banned? Does that mean both of them will be banned because I tried to circumvent a ban? I don't want to be banned off this website forever... :( Someone help, please!
