Has anyone else thought they'd have access to their therapist at any time and hear back? I paid for an expensive subscription and cancelled it as recurring because I haven't heard anything...this feels like a scam

@energeticWheel822 Last information I was aware of said a therapist should be messaging you at least 5 days/week.
