Missing 1-1 chat

I was talking with a listener and had a few messages back and forth, when I received a message from someone else. Now the messages and name of the listener are gone. How do I find them back so I can reply to the listener?

Hi there. It's possible that you might be able to find their name in the "Growth Progress" page that lists all past listeners you've chatted with. Can access this by clicking "My Path" at the top and then "My Progress". (Alternatively, HERE is the link.)
If they don't appear there, a few possible reasons could be if 1) they are on a self-care break, 2) their account has been removed, or 3) they have blocked you.
If you find that you need to look for a new listener, HERE is the "Browse Listeners" page, filtered to verified listeners (i.e. experienced listeners who have been vetted by the community). Wishing you the best. 💜
