My Therapist Left?
Hi,
I'm not sure what happened, but I've been speaking to a professional therapist 'Anna' for a while and suddenly my chat with her has disappeared.
I put in a tech support request, but haven't got a response.
My therapist was really important to me :(

Might be best to email community@7cups.com but your therapist could be on your progress page. After 7 days of not talking a person falls off your active list

Thanks, but we were just talking the day before this happened.
I've also emailed this address and put in a support ticket :(
The username was Anna-Kate Miller
I don't know any other way to reach back to her. My card on file is valid. I think this was a billing issue.
I'd at least like to get a copy of my conversation with her. It was really valuable.
