Unfortunately, members cannot PM other members. However, you could create a forum thread with each other, such as in the General Entries section, and tag them in it

@wonderousSigns7 As you are a listener, you will be able to contact members if a) they have allowed this option (members can choose to not have listeners contact them, if contact hasn't been initiated already) and b) meet the criteria:

----> Tick Tock: For reaching ten 1-on-1 chats with members
----> Loyal Friend: Listeners who earn 1 approved positive review
The other also includes the star rating:
10+ Chats
3+ star rating
1 Approved positive review
