Problem with the scrolling of the dialogue up.

Hi, could somebody help me how to work a dialogue box? I would like to read again the dialogue with a listener. But I can't scrolled up the text to the begining, it stoped at the middle or finish of the text. Could you give me any advises how to get all text of our conversation? Thank you)

@viik Sorry, only so many messages are stored in the system for confidentiality purposes. I wish we had the option to keep the entire conversation!

Hey lovely <3 I believe only the last 10 or so messages are saved to provide a refresher if you speak again but to maintain confidentiality. :)
