@chibibunny03 As far as I know you can only change it on this web page: My Settings. (That link will go to your settings, of course, not mine 
)
The normal way to get to that page is to log in on the website, click your current profile picture at the top right, and choose My Settings from the menu. If you want to use a picture you found on the Internet, you have to download it to your computer first, so you can upload it from there to 7 Cups. Then you can delete the copy on your computer.
You have to "verify" your e-mail address first.
