Restricted Therapist Changing
Hello
I am considering changing my therapist. I signed up to this site 2 weeks ago and feel her responses aren't what I was hoping for. However, I noticed it said I can only change therapists once. What if the next one doesn't work either? Why is this restriction in place? If I was looking for a therapist in my local area I could switch as often as I want.

it's important to build rapport with a therapist and give them a solid chance at helping you, we do not allow unlimited switches. However, you can always end your subscription at the end of the month and sign up for your next subscription with a different therapist. Also, if there is a reason such as lack of consistent responses, we can unlock the ability for you to switch a second time. Just email community@7cups.com and explain the situation.
