Hi, I haven't gotten any reviews despite having already chatted quite a bit. I feel really bad to just ask them to review me, and I don't know how to, I guess?

Hello! It's alright to ask! You just have to ask in a way that doesn't imply you just were in it for the review. A good way could be "I'm a new listener here and I'd really like to improve my skills, so if you are willing to leave feedback, I'd really appreciate it!"

Hey! That's so awesome that you've decided to become a listener - welcome, welcome! :D

I do agree that it can be tricky to manage. I completely agree with saying something along the lines of what EvelyneRose said. I usually say something along the lines of: "So, when you are ready I am going to end our chat. When I do that, a message will pop on on your screen asking if you'd like to rate and review how you feel this chat went. I'd really appreciate it if you did that as it helps me a ton to know if there are any things I can improve to become a better listener."

The important part is then that you actually 'officially' end the chat. You do this by clicking on the little 'turn off' button that says "End Live Chat" when you hover over it. I found that doing this makes the Members/Guests more likely to review me as it pops up on their screen. :)

Here's what it looks like on a computer, I'm sure it's somewhat similar on the app if you're using that.

If you have any questions in general, feel free to send me a PM, I'll be happy to help you! :)

Happy New Year!
